1. Our Commitment
At WDi Nexus FZC LLC, customer satisfaction is at the core of our service. While we collaborate with top global fulfillment partners to deliver high-quality products, we recognize that returns or issues may occasionally occur. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and the process, in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws and Ajman Free Zone regulations.
2. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.
- The item is not listed as non-returnable (see Section 4).
- The return request must be submitted through our support email: support@wdi.zone
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our team at support@wdi.zone within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the issue.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund if all conditions are met.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged:
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, toothbrushes)
- Opened electronics or software
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Gift cards and promotional items
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees, handling costs, and transaction fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if items are used, incomplete, or returned after the return window.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to WDi’s error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
To cancel an order, contact support@wdi.zone as soon as possible with your order number.
8. Legal Compliance
This Return & Refund Policy is designed in accordance with:
- UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection
- Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023 on E-Commerce Regulations
- Ajman Free Zone Authority business compliance requirements
- UAE Ministry of Economy guidelines for fair return and refund practices

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time to ensure legal compliance and service quality. Any updates will be posted with a new effective date.
